Recreating the atk bar

Controls:

•  Release the reticle using [ enter ]

•  Stop the reticle using [ z ]

I'm making my project closer to the attack bar the more versions are made.

Update: I'm doing this again but I'm stuck on timing attacks so I'll pause for now. 27/12/2023
